How much does it cost?

How do I know it’s safe?
Our on-site server has a RAID 5 configuration which means there are five identical hard drives that update continuously. We also perform a back-up every day, that is removed from the premises. All Documents are kept in a locked storage room until they are processed. Barriers are in place throughout the office space that prevent visitors from viewing sensitive information. A visitor’s policy is also in place that ensures all non-employees are required to sign in and out, and are escorted throughout the facility by management personnel at all times. Areas of destruction are monitored by closed circuit surveillance and a monitored security system is in place.
What about your staff?
How do I know they can be trusted? All of our employees have to pass criminal background checks and random checks are performed throughout the year. We carry bonding insurance on all of our employees and our employee policies clearly state that employees are not permitted to read files, discuss files or remove files from the facility. All employees are also subjected to random drug testing and we keep seven years of employment history on file.
How do I access my records?
We can host the documents on our server so they are accessible to you 24/7/365 through a secure socket layer encrypted website link, or we can return your documents on your choice of portable storage media such as a DVD, flash drive or external hard drive.
